New Brunswick juniors qualify for Tennis Nationals:

Four junior tennis players from New Brunswick have each qualified to represent Atlantic Canada at the upcoming various age class Indoor National Championships. Players needed a top 3 finish in singles at the Indoor Junior Atlantic Championships held this past weekend in Bedford, NS to qualify. Ben Hamilton and Raktika Galwa, both from Fredericton, qualified for the Under 18 National Championships taking place in Toronto on April 3-8. Olivia Larsen from Riverview qualified for the Under 16 National Championships taking place on March 25-30 in Verdun, Quebec. And Maggie Foisy from Fredericton qualified for the Under 12 National Championships taking place in Calgary on March 25 – April 1. New Brunswick also had some great results in the Under 10 division but there is not a National Championship for that age group. Below are all the top results from the weekend:

Under 14 Boys Doubles Champions: Alex Roberts (Saint John) & Sebastien Nguyen (PEI)
Under 16 Girls Singles 3rd Place: Olivia Larsen (Riverview) QUALIFIED FOR NATIONALS
Under 18 Girls Singles 3rd Place: Raktika Galwa (Fredericton) QUALIFIED FOR NATIONALS
